How does the cooking lesson take place?
Cooking lessons in Salvadonica take place throughout the year. For those who book the lesson, the appointment is at 10.30am for the presentation of the day’s program. After getting to know the Chef and discovering the particularities of the dishes to be prepared, the lesson can begin. Each recipe involves the use of fresh local ingredients, coming from the lands of Salvadonica or from local producers. During the lesson, three courses will be made, to obtain an excellent meal to savor with satisfaction. At the end of the course, you will taste the dishes that you prepared in a collective lunch with the combination of a Salvadonica wine. The lesson is open to aspiring chefs of all levels and, on request, vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free recipes can also be made.
